Omori Plant

At Omori Plant, we perform overall metal processing which is a Main pillar of Asaba’s technology. With such a wide range of technologies as press forming, sheetmetal working, casting, machining, die processing, painting & coating, and anti-rust treatment, we supply a variety of specialty metal products here in this plant from small precision parts to large items. Omori Plant contributes to our company’s research and development and quality assurance of our products with its testing facilities. We perform technical assistance and production control in Korea, China·Taiwan, Thailand.

Yokaichiba Plant

Yokaichiba Plant specialize at molding synthetic resin materials, boasting our technologies including extrusion molding, injection, molding, and rubber and elastomer molding. In these two plants, we manufacture specialty resin products ranging from wide use items to engineering plastics, responding to a diverse market needs. In particular, our proprietary technologies are fully used in different shape extrusion molding, multi-color injection molding, metal insertion molding, and assembly.
